Stephan provides trauma-informed training sessions, workshops, podcasts and conferences. He collaborates with organisations and individuals to develop and implement trauma awareness, empathy, and resilience. In doing so, he empowers clients to better understand trauma, recognise its signs and symptoms, and respond compassionately to those in need.

Dr Jenna Bollinger
Director - Psychology and Clinical Services
Jenna is a child trauma specialist with a masters in Forensic Psychology and is completing her PhD at Monash University examining stability in residential out of home care. She has presented at multiple international conferences on her research and also has been collaborating with Knightlamp on a number of clinical programs and projects in trauma-informed practice for a number of years. Jenna will be based at our Richmond (NSW) practice and lead our specialist consultancy in therapeutic care for NGO's, schools and individuals in NSW.

Robert Fitzsimmons
Team Leader - Behaviour Support
Robert plays a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour and providing guidance to the team. He is responsible for leading and coordinating the efforts of a team of behaviour support practitioners, ensuring that they work together effectively to address behaviour concerns. Providing supervision, support, and mentorship to the practitioners, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in behaviour support strategies involved in creating and implementing behaviour support plans.
